Our story begins with a shared vision: to honor the ranching traditions that have been passed down through generations while embracing a modern approach to direct-to-consumer beef production. We wanted to create a space where people could feel confident in knowing exactly where their food comes from and how it was raised—by people who genuinely care about the land, animals, and the communities they serve.
Dany
Dany's story is rooted in deep traditions of ranching, though hers is a journey of blending heritage with innovation. As a fourth-generation rancher, Dany grew up with a strong respect for the land and the animals she raised. Over the years, she's honed her skills and knowledge, merging her family's time-honored practices with new approaches to ranching that prioritize sustainability and quality. Dany's passion for ranching is matched only by her commitment to educating consumers about where their food comes from and the value of supporting local agriculture.
Sadie
Sadie has a deep connection to the ranching lifestyle, her ranching lineage can be traced back as far as 1851 when her great-great-grandfather registered an earmark. Growing up alongside her father and sisters, Sadie learned the importance of hard work, dedication, and respect for the animals they raised. Sadie’s passion for ranching is rooted in her appreciation for the honest, hands-on way of life it offers and her belief in the importance of wholesome, nourishing products. Having grown up with the luxury of fresh, home-raised beef, Sadie recognizes the value it brings to a family’s table and is driven to share that experience with others. Her goal is to deliver products that not only honor her ranching heritage but also enrich the lives of those who enjoy them.
